AgenticGrid is the energy and compute control plane for every SAII Vault. It is what turns a group of modular AI factories into one distributed infrastructure platform: grid-aware, site-aware and operated as one fleet.

FORECAST

AgenticGrid forecasts available power, network constraints, energy price and workload demand — ahead of time, for every site. Production forecasts for co-located renewables, constraint windows from network signals, and demand curves from the workload book feed one operating picture.

Workloads are dispatched to when and where energy is abundant and affordable. Training jobs shift toward surplus windows; latency-sensitive inference holds its ground; battery state and cooling load are optimised alongside compute. The fleet earns more from the same energy because the software decides where work runs.

OPTIMISE

ORCHESTRATE

One operations platform monitors security, cooling, power quality and performance across every unit, everywhere. Vault load sheds on network command — grid-safe by design: the load sheds, never the other way around. Every action is recorded.

Grid Mode and Site Mode

AgenticGrid can operate in grid mode or site mode. In grid mode, it helps coordinate distributed Vaults against network conditions, site constraints and available energy. In site mode, it optimises a single customer or behind-the-meter site against local generation, tariffs, storage, workload priority and operating policy.

Three Site Patterns

Protect keeps workload movement inside approved operating rules. Observe gives operators a live view of site, power, compute and workload conditions. Audit records the decisions, constraints and exceptions needed for enterprise and infrastructure governance.

AUDITABLE BY DESIGN

Every forecast, dispatch decision, curtailment response and operator action is logged. Site owners, networks and financiers see an operating record, not a black box.
